Owner of Indigo
Scott Schofield is the owner of Indigo Bicycle Company with over three decades of experience in the bicycle industry. His career started in retail bicycle sales and evolved into store management, where he played a pivotal role in opening and managing numerous stores for a prominent big box bicycle retail chain
As a professional bike fitter and BikeCAD pro, Scott personally designs each frame ensuring a special quality to each bike.
History
of Indigo
In 2013, Scott ventured into the world of custom frame building, specializing in custom steel frames and complete bikes. Over time, his focus shifted to titanium frames and today he operates a business that crafts a comprehensive range of titanium frames and complete bicycles including road, gravel, mountain and fat bikes.
While the frame fabrication is outsourced, all of the bikes are designed and assembled on-site in Crested Butte, Colorado.
